Dr. Lisa Gladden, a proud Brooklyn native, holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Social Work. As a clinician who believes deeply in the power of healing through words, she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr. Gladden provides compassionate, unbiased care to individuals of all backgrounds, while maintaining a dedicated commitment to supporting the Black and Brown community—particularly men of color.

Bruce Booker was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in the Brownsville section. He joined the NYC Transit Police Department in 1983. A founding member of "100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care" and has participated in workshops like "What to Do When Stopped by the Police."
